I’m Amber Gentry

Certified Health Coach and mother to three awesome kids.

I believe that being healthy doesn’t have to be so hard.

Food should be a joy, not a stressor. Meals should be easy to prepare, and fun to cook.  Eating should feel comforting, clean, relaxing, and nourishing. Over the last 15 years, I’ve counseled women and men all over the country into happier, healthier, and more holistic lifestyles. In 2016, I created a unique health coaching program designed to tackle the most common issues I see ailing busy professionals and parents today: 

1. HIGH STRESS

2. NOT ENOUGH TIME

3. POOR LIFESTYLE CHOICES

These factors result in:  unwanted weight gain, unwanted medications, and insufficient self-care. This is where my coaching comes in. My programs work because they are fueled by a better understanding of your bio-individuality, and better support through the personalized attention I give you. Nourishing and caring for your body should feel like indulging, not depriving yourself. Imagine the transformation that will happen when you learn to listen to your body, and discover how to practice daily habits surrounding food and self-care!
